Board Member: Strategic roles such as President, Treasurer, or Safety Officer oversee league finances, background checks, and seasonal planning.

• Fundraising/Sponsorship Coordinator:
  Solicits local business sponsorships and organizes events like raffles or other fundraisers to keep registration fees low.

• Marketing/Advertising:
  Coordinate website, promote program through social networking, traditional press, posters, flyers. direct mail, text-email blasts.etc.
   

• Legal:
  Advise on legal issues ensuring compliance with local ordinances and all legal concerns.
   

• Field Prep & Maintenance:
  Volunteers arrive early to rake dirt, water the field, chalk batter's boxes, and set out bases. Post-game cleanup involves raking mounds and disposing of trash.
   

• Logistics/Scheduling:
  Arrange home and away games, choose and  schedule tournaments, Coordinate transportation  ,hotels, etc.
   

• Recruitment:
  Coordinate sign up for all teams, schedule  tryouts, promote information to community to  create interest in playing for our team.

On-Field & Team Leadership

• Team Manager (Head Coach):
  Acts as the primary leader and point of contact for the team. Responsibilities include running practices and games, instructing players in baseball skills, and ensuring adherence to league rules and safety protocols.
   

• Assistant Coach:
  Supports the manager during practices and games by assisting with drills and acting as base or dugout coaches.
   

• Team Parent (Team Mom/Dad):
  Serves as the "communication hub," coordinating snack schedules, distributing uniforms, and organizing end-of-season events.
